We Raise Exceptional Akaushi Beef

We believe good beef starts long before the butcher block. From pasture rotations that heal the land to cattle bred for tenderness and raised with care, every step we take is intentional.

Regenerative Grazing
Techniques

We move our cattle regularly across native grasslands, giving the land time to rest and rebuild. This keeps pastures lush, soil healthy, and carbon in the ground where it belongs.

Proven Crossbreeding
Strategy

Our herd is 100% Akaushi — prized for marbling, tenderness, and flavor. It’s a breed with a purpose, not a trend.

Stress-Free,
Start to Finish

We don’t cut corners. Our cattle roam freely, enjoy clean water and fresh forage, and are handled with respect at every stage of their life.

Whole, Half, or Quarter — What’s Right for You?

Buying beef in bulk isn’t just a smart way to fill your freezer — it’s an investment in quality, sustainability, and the way food should be. Whether you’re feeding a big family or just want to know where your meat comes from, we make it easy to choose the option that fits your needs.

We get your steer to the processor and they’ll take it from there! You’ll know exactly what’s in your freezer, and better yet — you’ll know exactly how it was raised.
